office buildings and 4 retail buildings located along the 55 freeway at the Dyer
Avenue exit on Grand Avenue and Warner Avenue in the City of Santa Ana.
The building is home to The Dept of Veteran’s Affairs CBOC and the American
Massage Institute educational facility.
