Shirin Zarkesh, CEO
Co-founder, Shirin Zarkesh serves as the driving force for AYZAR INC. and its continued success and expansion. Shirin has over 25 years of hands-on experience in development, finance, business planning, property management and real estate acquisition.
In her 20’s, Shirin was extremely successful with personal real investment acquisitions. She took that success to the corporate world working in the Finance Division for the Marriott Corporation, and then in a variety of project management, finance, strategic and business planning roles for The Walt Disney Company. This experience provided the tools and expertise needed to launch AyZar Development LLC and grow it into the company it is today, AYZAR INC.
Shirin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds degrees in Business Management, Journalism, and Mass Communication.

Carrie Decker, Director, Asset Management
Carrie Decker heads the Asset Management division of AyZar Inc. Her dynamic energy and innovative spirit are an asset to the company.
Carrie has over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate and Management Industries working for such companies as CBRE, Re/Max, Alain Pinel Realtors and Intero. After relocating to Orange County in 2005, she started Real Estate Transaction Services with 4 branch locations to provide much needed real estate support services. Teaming with AyZar in 2009 to form a collaborative entrepreneurial venture that has led to full service asset management services with a mission to enhance the overall value of the asset for the investors.

Mark Moore, Manager, Commercial Real Estate
Mark Moore serves as the manager of AyZar’s Commercial Real Estate division. Recognized by his clients and colleagues for his professionalism and knowledge of the Southern California commercial real estate market, Mark is an invaluable asset.
Since joining AyZar in 2013, Mark has excelled in acquisitions, dispositions, tenant representation and ownership representation, demonstrating the analytical skills and insight essential to leading AyZar Commercial toward realizing its strategic goals for years to come.
Mark has a Bachelors degree in City Planning and a Masters in Business Administration.

Kiana Yazdgerdi, Accounting Manager
Kiana Yazdgerdi joined AYZAR INC. in 2013 to oversee the accounting department and manage the daily finances, not just assuring financial stability but offering advice and insight for future growth and profit opportunities.
In addition to building her Financial and Managerial Accounting certifications, Kiana has a MS in Civil Engineering. Kiana brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, especially from the Real Estate development industry.

Andres Burciaga, Director, Construction
Andres (Andy) Burciaga heads up the Construction division for AyZar Inc. His entrepreneurial spirit, extensive knowledge and unrivalled determination have built AyZar construction into a solid force in the industry.
Andy has over 20 years of experience in construction management, contract negotiations, and tenant renovations. Andy had managed a variety of tenant improvement jobs for Ayzar though his company Trademan Inc., prior to formally joining Azyar in 2010. His skills to effectively manage projects from concept to completion, his attention to detail and commitment to on-time, on-budget delivery provides unsurpassed customer satisfaction.
Andy is a Leed Green Associate and is completing his degree in Business Administration.

Amir Kamali recently joined AZYAR INC. as an Assistant Project Manager. Amir brings a wealth of construction management experience having assisted in executing high-rise apartment buildings and bridge systems.
