Medi Aynechi, President
Co-founder, Medi Aynechi puts words into action and has been a source of great knowledge and understanding since the beginning of AyZar. He continues to act as impassioned arbiter at AYZAR INC., overseeing strategy decisions and championing creative ideas and directions.
Medi has over 30 years of hands-on experience with project management, development, and design engineering. He has worked on many multi-million dollar projects all over the world throughout his career. From starting out with smaller construction firms, in his 20’s, to working with Marriott Corporation, The Walt Disney Company, and 24 Hour Fitness he has championed progressive change.
Medi has and MBA and an MS in Civil Engineering. He also holds a State of California General Contractors license for the company.
Shirin Zarkesh, CEO
Co-founder, Shirin Zarkesh serves as the driving force for AYZAR INC. and its continued success and expansion. Shirin has over 25 years of hands-on experience in development, finance, business planning, property management and real estate acquisition.
In her 20’s, Shirin was extremely successful with personal real investment acquisitions. She took that success to the corporate world working in the Finance Division for the Marriott Corporation, and then in a variety of project management, finance, strategic and business planning roles for The Walt Disney Company. This experience provided the tools and expertise needed to launch AyZar Development LLC and grow it into the company it is today, AYZAR INC.
Shirin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds degrees in Business Management, Journalism, and Mass Communication.
Dean Aynechi, General Counsel
Dean Aynechi serves AyZar Inc. as the company’s General Counsel in addition to overseeing one of its most ambitious divisions – AyZar Commercial.
Dean’s experience includes overseeing multi-million dollar advertising budgets for real estate development firms and managing fiscal budgets for major land and home liquidation companies. Dean is also an attorney with extensive background in business and real estate law matters, representing developers and property owners in state and federal court. He has negotiated for the sale, lease and disposition of both residential and commercial properties. He brings his years of extensive experience in directing and managing financial and marketing operations to AyZar providing a wealth of information and decision making to both AyZar and its clients.
Dean graduated from the George Washington University Law School in the top of his class in addition and received his undergraduate at UCLA in Business-Economics. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and holds the Broker License for the company.
Dr. Amir Zarkesh, Corporate Advisor
Amir Zarkesh, PhD, serves as business advisor and consultant on matters of strategic business planning and technology. His entrepreneurial spirit and academic endeavors provide valuable support for AYZAR INC.
Dr. Zarkesh experiences comes from several high-tech ventures and has held leading positions on various successful start-ups including iBridges, SAIFE, Inc., Crunch, and Chatfly.
Dr. Zarkesh received his PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics and his MS in Electrical Engineering and Physics from UCLA.
