AyZar Asset Management is the property management division of AyZar Inc. The function grew initially by default and out of necessity to manage properties developed, to subsequently become the 800-pound gorilla of the company due to popular demand throughout the established network and beyond.

For landlords who wish to distance themselves from their tenant constituency and at the same time have their property enhanced through effective asset management, AyZar provides optimum and quality solution.  AyZar Asset Management’s scope of services involves providing cashiering services for accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues to resolution, managing the accounts and finances of the real estate properties, and participating in or initiating litigation with tenants, contractors and insurance agencies.   Our goal is to provide exceptional service and establish working relationships with tenants to ensure prompt payment and smooth operations.
