Ayzar Inc is the product of a life-long partnership between Mike Aynechi and Shirin Zarkesh, husband and wife team, leveraging their complementary talent, education, expertise, and experience, to provide optimum real estate development products and services.

Mike Aynechi has over 25 years of experience in construction management in a variety of arenas including but not limited to hospitality (Marriott), health services (Marriott), entertainment (Walt Disney Company), fitness (24 Hour Fitness), and retail.  Shirin has over 20 years of experience in finance, business planning and real estate also through engagement with same world leader companies (The Walt Disney Company and Marriott Corporation).

The two came to the realization that the combination spelled an obvious opportunity; Real Estate Development, leveraging both their arts and sciences background to foster growth through due diligence in that arena.  Combined with personal vested interest, dedication to maximizing value to investors, adherence to fair business practices, and aggressive promotion of creativity, the duo were poised for their entrepreneurial debut in 2005.  For the following five years, Ayzar Development provided full-circle commercial real estate development services to an exclusive group of investors, making each investment project profitable despite the market’s severe downturn. We take great pride in these developments, but find even greater satisfaction in the respect, and relationships we’ve built along the way.

As investments grew initially, and subsequently weathered the economic tsunami successfully, AyZar Developments began receiving requests from the established network to provide same services to third party entities, outside of the investment groups.  The requests led to conversion of AyZar Developments to AyZar Inc in July of 2010.

AyZar Inc now aims to become a leading provider of full-service commercial development needs, bringing the same expertise and dedication to third party entities under four divisions:

Shirin Zarkesh

Chief Executive Officer-AyZar Inc.

As CEO and co-founder of Ayzar Inc, Shirin has been the key to the success of the company with over 20 years of progressive hands-on experience in development, finance, business planning, property management and real estate acquisition.  Since the company’s inception in 2005, Shirin has managed & developed over 150,000 SF of commercial space.

Shirin’s experience boasts successful real investment acquisition for family members in her 20’s, followed by four years with Marriott Corp in its Finance division, eight years with the Walt Disney company in a variety of project management, finance, strategic and business planning roles, all of which have given her the tools and expertise needed to keep her brain child in a growth mode.  As the main innovator and decision maker of the company, Shirin continues to serve as the driving force for its success and expansion.

Shirin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism, a Master of Arts (MA) in Mass Communication, and an Associates of Art (AA) in Business Management.

Mike Aynechi

President-AyZar Inc.

As Co-founder of Ayzar Inc in 2005, Mike has served the company faithfully as the voice of reason and knowledge, acting as impassioned arbiter over strategy differences and creative conflicts.  With over 25 years of progressive hands on experience in leading project management, development, and design engineering of multi-million dollar projects it’s no wonder his voice carries so much weight around the company.

Mike’s experience boasts leading medium to large teams of project management professionals with proven ability to successfully deliver on a multi-million dollar development/construction projects, starting with smaller construction firms in his 20’s, followed by Marriott Corporation for five Years, The Walt Disney Company for fourteen years, and 24 Hour Fitness for four years.

Mike has a Bachelor of Sciences (BS) in Civil Engineering, a Master of Sciences (MS) in Civil Engineering, and an MBA.  He holds a State of California General Contractors license.

Dean Aynechi

Director of Marketing & Sales – AyZar Commercial

Dean Aynechi currently runs one of the newest and most ambitious divisions of the AyZar family, AyZar Commercial.  A well-accomplished and seasoned professional, with eight years of extensive experience in directing and managing financial and marketing operations, Dean successfully oversaw a $25 million annual advertising budget for NRPI as Director of Marketing and supervised fiscal budgets for three major land and home liquidation companies as Business Planning Manager prior to joining  AyZar.  Dean is highly experienced in both sales and marketing and currently manages both aspects of the company for AyZar generating over 50k sf of leased space in his short time with the company.

Dean received his BA degree in Business-Economics from UCLA, has a Broker License, and will be attending George Washington University School of Law in the fall.

Carrie Decker

Property Manager – AyZar Asset Management

The energetic and innovative spark to the company, Carrie Decker heads the Asset Management division of AyZar, Inc.  Carrie brings to AyZar over 15+ years of experience in the Real Estate and Management Industries and previously worked for the Bethany Company as a Training Specialist for their nationwide property management teams.  Carrie enjoyed a residential sales career in Northern California from 1999-2004. Relocating to Orange County in 2005 she found an industry need for real estate support services and opened up Real Estate Transaction Services which had 4 branch locations throughout Orange County.  With the industry cardiac arrest in 2008, Carrie was forced to shift gears and joined AyZar in February of 2010.

Andy Burciaga

Project Manager – AyZar Construction

A well-accomplished and seasoned professional, Andy brings to AyZar 15+ years of extensive and multi-faceted construction experience through employment as well as self entrepreneurial endeavors. Subsequent to managing a number of tenant improvement jobs for AyZar under Trademan Inc, Andy formally joined AyZar to partner in its Construction Division. Andy’s construction knowledge is only a complement to his attention to detail, and obsession with perfect job delivery and customer satisfaction.

Dr. Amir Zarkesh

Executive Consultant

A serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in electronics and software industries. Dr. Zarkesh is the Co-founder and Executive VP of iCelero, a pioneer in Mobile Internet. Prior to that he has been the CEO of 3Plus1 Technology, Inc., Senior Director of Hardware Engineering at QuickSilver Technology and founder and CEO of ZAIAS Corporation. Prior to that Dr. Zarkesh was a co-founder and Principal of Transcendent Design Technology. Transcendent was acquired by Innoveda and later by Mentor Graphics. Prior to that Dr. Zarkesh was a Principal Engineer in Quad Design group of Viewlogic Systems acquired by Synopsys. Dr. Zarkesh received his PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics and his masters in Electrical Engineering and in Physics from UCLA.  Dr. Zarkesh currently serves as advisor to AyZar on matters of strategic business planning and technology.
